lawenforcer Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Hello I am looking for Helicopter flight training In Western NY either Buffalo or Rochester Way , Does Anyone know of anyone that is training in these areas? I am looking to work my way up to a commercial rating but cant leave the state for a period of time due to my job . I have been looking but I have not found any Does anyone know of a training school from out of state that would come to the students site in NY , Thanks for you time thanks for all of the info that I have found on this site Thanks Quote

Lucky for you I have already been through this.... You may have not come up with anything but there are in fact 5 or in Western / Central NY that will train. I personally live in Batavia which is right smack dab in the middle of both Rocester and Buffalo! Give me an idea where you are at and where you'd like to train and I can point you in the right direction. WNY Helos is one of them if you wish to travel to the Southern Tier. But there is one in Buffalo, Canadaigua, Syracuse, Rome and then Jamestown area. I've done the research and that's what I've come up with. Took me a few months to find 'em and if there are more then they don't advertise! Let me know! Quote

I live in Lockport NY, I would like to know of any schools in the WNY area. I already know about WNYHelos. The others? Quote
