Greekish
I was a fool and never got my FAA commercial license from the PHPTC while I was in flight school. What's the process for getting this done away from Rucker?
SBuzzkill
Find a place that does FAA testing and take the Military Competency Helicopter exam. I recommend studying with the Sheppard Air stuff. Once you're done with the test and have your results, get an appointment at your region's FSDO to turn in your paperwork. This could be hardest part as some of them will not return your calls and do not allow walk-ins. Like, they won't even let you in the building. Anyways, they're going to want some stuff like your flight school certificate, your orders, 759, FAA test results, etc. The FSDO will tell you exactly what you need. Good luck! It took me months of calling around, multiple FSDOs, and eventually a connection through a guy who knows a guy. Once I had an appointment it was a breeze though.
