chamerican Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 (edited) I submitted my packet for CBP Air's most recent announcement and I'm wondering if anyone knows the general time frame spent in the "pool"? I spoke with a contact who said that CBP is expanding rapidly and the old days of waiting a very long time are gone. Anyone have any more input into the process or have any links that might educate me a bit better? I've checked out the APTAP threads, searched VR and haven't found a whole lot. Just in case it's a factor I met requirements of this last announcement closing in Oct. Another question is regarding combat time and it's relation to the hiring process, e.g what it does for me if I don't need a waiver for hours? Of my 1900hrs, about 800 are combat.
