I would like to add a quote from the EMS industry "Further, AAMS believes that HR 3939 is only the first step in an ongoing commitment by the federal government to enhancing safety for the low altitude aviation environment." Yes, I believe that individual is right. This is only the beginning of the federal governments attempt to regulate EMS.
