For what it's worth, I'll be there. My boss told me I have to fly night shift and still attend classes during the day. I'm pretty sure he used to work in a Soviet Gulag.

Quit your whining and sniveling. Your getting paid to fly and your getting overtime for the classes. Most people have to pay FOR their time AND their classes. You have it wrong about the Soviet Gulag. Your boss came from an East German Gulag. Despite that, I hear he is a pretty nice guy even when you exceed the "redline" on his new helicopter or "no show" at work your first week. If fact I bet he would even drive to your house and pick you up when your truck breaks down. Look me up at ALEA and I will let you buy me a beer........

You guys need to spend more quality time together. I'm sure you'll be best friends again after frolicking in the hotel pool - spooning in the survival raft and sharing a HEEDS bottle.

So how was it?

Mostly a blur. worked the night shift and attended the conference during the day. We did eat well, so I had that going for me. The dunker training was like it always is...the fun meter goes up as you realize you're not drowning.
