12,000+ hours of accident free utility time including seismic, Xmas trees, fertilizer, spraying, fire, logging & logging support, slash burning, photo, tours, HVAC lifts, concrete pours, surveys, misc. long line work up to 200'. Available from October through March. Very safe and productive.

Hello Pete,

Judging by you Oct-Mar timeframe I assume you fly seasonally during the rest of the year. Considering your lengthy flight time I was hoping you could give me some advice as I'm trying to get my foot in the door of any flying job and I thought flying a season somewhere would be the easiest route for me to achieve my goal.

A bit of background on myself, I'm a former Army Pilot/IP in the Apache with over 1,600 hours flight time but I've been away from aviation for 14 years (aside from renting an R22 on a few occasions). Any advice you could give will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ed
