I was with one of our local FSDO guys who told me about this just after it happened. Couldnt believe it. Very very sad. IFLY Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 Attended the funeral today, there must have been over 1000 people there. The DPE I did most of my checkrides with was the first pilot speaker. After listening to everyone speak I wish I had been able to fly with him, I probably would have learned quite a bit.
