AW139 Rotor Brake Levers

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I would like to know if one of you could provide me infos about levers located between the RBCM of the AW139 and the brake lever (regarding the mechanical aspect of these levers: material, length, behavior...)

If anyone could provide me an IPC or AMM it would be great !

Thank you

The Engine Control Levers and the Rotor Brake Handle seems to be what you're talking about. The basic behaviors of these controls is common to those of newer twin-engine helicopters with over head engine controls and rotor brake.

There’s no, so called, lever between the rotor brake control lever (RBCL) and the rotor brake control module (RBCM). However, there’s a mechanical linkage from the RBCL that manipulates the pump and outlet valve at the RBCM.

Are you familiar with the workings of a helicopter or are you a layperson looking for general information? What are you trying to accomplish with the material and length question? You've been touring around three other forums with the same questions.
