Well I'm not sure if this is even the one you are after now that I took a second look. This is just a generic form, and you input A/C model and all info into it. I have also seen later versions than this, I will keep looking though and try to find one with a good link.

Can anybody share updated DA Form 2408-18 Equipment Inspection List for Jet Ranger II/III helicopters

What are you looking for? Are you looking for a blank sheet or something with data already on it? You’re quoting a military type form for a civilian designated helicopter, Bell 206 II/III.

The civilian equivalent maybe an Inspection and Component Overhaul Schedule which is part of the Bell 206 Maintenance Manual, Chapter 5.

Moreover, most companies use maintenance tracking software which has eliminated most of the paper handling. The database stores the historical information and allows you to print the data in multiple form formats.

I thank every body who has taken time to reply me, Ok, I am part of maintenance team who are responsible for providing maintenance support to Bell 206 II/III, owned by Armed Forces. However, they are commercial versions (not OH-58). We are following BHT maintenance Manual for all scheduled inspections. I actually asked for DA Form 2408-18, as it may have list down all inspections requirement at various intervals. Also it may have included some recurring inspections, arisen due to some Commercial service letter, alert service bulliten etc.

So, if possible, can i have an updated list of inspections for commercial Bell 206 BII/III, or can some body share updated Chapter 5 of BHT Maintenance Manual.

@ iChris, i will be obliged if updated (latest) Chapter 5 of BHT (Bell 206 BII/III) maintenance manual can be shared with us.

Regards

At the link below, you can find a current copy, as of today from the Bell web, of Volume 1 MM which includes the airworthiness, inspection, and component overhaul schedule for the Bell 206A/B.

You should also go to the following link to signup for access to Bell's publications library. If you're going to do the maintenance, you'll need current documentation.
