Click on the individual attachment and it will open in the forum it was posted in.  Then, ... either click Edit or there will be a red delete button.   In other words, you manage the attachement not from My Attachments but in the actual post.

Thank you Hobie.... However, after doing so, "My Attachments" file still indicates a 100% full (actually 118% full)...... Weird.... 

In any case, thanks....
