Helicopter crash in Washington D.C.

Recommended Posts

Good morning folks,

Woke up this morning and see in the paper that a medical helicopter taking a patient to Washington Hospital Center crashed yesterday. I heard reports that the patient they were taking to the hospital did not survive the night. The 3 crew members are in serious but stable condition.

I don't know yet how to search the FAA web site and post a report of the accident like I have seen done here in the past. How would I do this?

I'm gonna miss watching this helicopter. I work in downtown D.C. and would watch it from my office everytime it went by.

I hope the crew members survive and come out of this OK.

During the first 10 days following the accident you can find it on the FAA's Office of Accident Investigation Preliminary Accident and Incident Reports ...à la...
