USA Academy of Aviation - Murrieta, CA

Looking at several Soouthern California schools and curious if anyone has heard of them? I stopped by and met them and got a good feeling. Small airport, not too busy and practice areas seem to be close by. Just hoping someone else has had any dealing with them? Thanks in advance everyone! I have checked and used the search feature and haven't come up with much concrete information as of yet, thats why I am asking.

Very good school. I used to live down there. Ive had several talks with the owner. At one point the police dept I was working for was looking at starting an air unit and leasing a 300C through them. He also just broke some record with an R-44. Cant remember what it was though.

I worked with Johann and his wife years ago in Corona, wonderful people.

Thank you guys for your input. I really enjoyed meeting them and it seemed like a good operation. One thing I really liked was that they don't have a revolving door with CFI's and I will be able to keep my instructor for the duration. They seem to have a passion for flying and teaching, which is a good combination. All this is making my decision harder for a school.
