What's the best way to remove the Huck bolts or Jo Bolts in the push pull tubes under the floor? Has anybody used a drill guide like in Brown Tools? Do you need a metric bit?

I have done a couple of these repairs and the method that worked good for me was to use a dremal tool with a fiber cutoff wheel.  Wrap the tubing around the jo bolts with stainless steel blade tape for protection.  Reassemble with the alternate bolts mentioned in the work cards.  This allows easy access in the future.  When cutting these all you are doing is to cut the collar off and then the bolt can be driven out.  Hope this helps.  Shaboo

Thanks Bob. The dremel worked OK. I knew drilling like the

MSR suggested wasn't going to work. I can't believe they

used jo bolts there. We've got a 1999 B2 with 1500 hrs

and so far its been very reliable. Easy to work on that's for

sure.
