Work with rotor teams to define training material that is based on your pilot experience and existing manuals. Perform training needs analysis, design, development and conduct related to product operation and maintenance. Work with suppliers to define, acquire, develop and deliver training and training equipment. Write training plans and specifications related to program requirements. Must be computer literate with above average writing skills. Public speaking, Training, and technical qualifications are most valuable in combination. This is a non-flying position.
