Bluetang Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Does anyone know about future hiring for CBP Aviation Enforcement Officers (AEO's)? I saw that they were scheduled to be advertised a couple of months ago when CBP held the job expo in Washington DC. However, when the job vacancies were then posted on USAjobs, no AEO positions made it on (mostly Aviation Interdiction Agents and Marine Enforcement Agents). I can only assume that CBP found their candidates from the career expo or from within. If anyone has any info on possible future hiring, that would be great. Also, what is the standard experience or career path that would lead to being competitive for an AEO vacancy? Finally, what training do they go through? Thanks!
