farr Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I hope this hasn't already been asked on this board, but I really am having trouble finding a straight answer as to vision requirements to be an Warrant Officer helicopter pilot. I've worn glasses since about 4th grade (near sighted). How does this affect my chances of becoming a WO? Would they want me to get LASIK or something similar once I was in or would I simply continue wearing glasses? Thanks. Quote

If you're not in that region you can get LASIK and then wait 6 months and take your flight physical. Quote
