Shawn Adams
Where I live, two fire fighters were out ATV'ing and unfortunately died last week ... Here's the story: http://mailtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/artic.../NEWS/805010341 Fire Trucks and other law enforcement joined a precession in honor of them. It was a great turn-out. 9 local helicopters joined the precession. I flew in the chase R-44 and took video and stills.. Here are some of the stills... I am creating a memorial for the families and friends..... out of the stills and HD footage.. There was a fleet of 2 Hughes 500 C models, 1 Hughes 500 D model, 1 Jet Ranger, 3 R-44 Raven IIs, 1, R-44 Astro (I was in this one) and an S-61R that was flying the good old Red, White and Blue. A flag that measured about 75 feet in length. It was quite a site.... Edited May 2, 2008 by Shawn Adams
TheLorax
great pictures. did they just weight the end of the sling for that American Flag?? Looks really cool, and im guessing that's considered a formation flight as well?
