FauxZ
So I'm working up north this year cherry drying, and am thinking ahead to my employment options come August. This being my first contract job, I'm curious how others deal with lining up new jobs when you don't have a solid end date or a large list of contacts yet. Most of the people I've met have been fire people, so all the jobs they know about are right now, the same time I'm drying. I was thinking of swinging by a few of the north west operators to say hi, but they all seem exceptionally busy. I've also been working the various employment pages. So, any tips or tricks for keeping work lined up? Comments welcome.
