bbopri Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 Hi, I will be flying R22 and R44's and was wondering if it is common to get jobs with a turbine a/c without any turbine hours? I was told by the CFI it happens quite often but I'd like to be sure I have and opportunity after my instructor time. Thanks for any responses. It is much appreciated. cryesis Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 That's the norm, a company usually tours hires you and trains you on turbine. Most have you sign a contract to stay with them for a year or hold some of your pay until you pass the year mark so you cant get free turbine training from them then leave for another company. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
