Im a dual rated pilot - I fly anything land or sea single or multi on the fixed wing side - Im also a fully rated CFI/CFII and MEI. But I finally became a real pilot and got my Commercial- Helo . If you're still looking, I'd try to find a school that trains in both fixed and rotory wing...that way you can acquire your CFI add-on and maybe work as a CFI on the fixed-wing side also. I'm also dual-rated, but got my certs at different flight schools. By the way, any suggestions on where I can get my single and multi seaplane ratings? AgMan Posted October 26, 2012 Report Share Posted October 26, 2012 You probably want to find a school that teaches in other than Robinson since I am pretty sure you aren't anywhere near the 200 hour helicopter minimum to teach in those.
