Airhead Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 So I was expecting a slower level and then hover, but damn, that was fast. Anyone know why they would make such a rapid pick up? Was is simply the weight of the aircraft pulling it down once he got it past the tipping point or a matter of getting off the unstable snow as fast as possible? Nomad110 Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 I wonder if they damaged the fenestron injesting a little snow like that. Those blades aren't cheap...about $3600 a piece.
