Hmmm... very flat approaches, which might not give you much opportunity to bug out when you run short of power / tail rotor pedal / headwind?

Thanks for your thought , but there is more than enough power available with my turbo set up .

I was thinking the same thing on the water platform landings. Way too shallow, power available or not is not the problem, a sudden lack of power is.

 

Sure, sure armchair quarterbacking I know - no one gets out of this life alive, if you steepen up your approaches you may extend your stay. Only trying to be helpful not pot shotting you.
