jonqdoe
Hi all, I was just wondering what the current gouge for age waivers are nowadays. I am currently 33, and believe that I'm past the cutoff for the program. Other than that I believe I would have a solid package. Former Ch-53e crew chief USMC, bachelors degree, firefighter paramedic ect. Just wondering if the Army has been more generous with age waivers than the Marines or Navy. Thanks in advance. PhrogGuy
They are a little more generous in that regard than the Corps. I imagine it will be getting better with the supposed aviator shortage. All I can say is, it doesn't hurt to try.

KyleGalloway
I'll tell you that I just submitted my packet and I'm 33 years old as well. I figured to fly, it was definitely worth the try. I can update you on if it was accepted or denied as soon as I get notice.
KyleGalloway
Hey all. I wanted to follow up with a post about my age waiver disposition. It was approved and I was given word that I am being boarded this week. Still the tallest mountain to climb yet, but one less obstacle in the way of the goal.
