Good morning. After researching this page and the USAREC links, I still can't figure out what to do in regards to my LOR. Active duty Air Force who falls into a weird assignment. I have my Sq/CC who is a Lt Col and next is the WG/Cc equivalent (Colonel). The Colonel is already giving me one but what do I do for the Company grade? Those are the only officers in my unit and it doesn't fall under the joint assignment memorandum. Thanks!

Do you have a flight CC? If not, the Lt Col will be your first LOR, followed by the Col. Even though the memo does not exactly explain your situation, you still use it by placing it between the two LORs in the packet. I was in a similar situation, but I had two Cols.

I do not. We have a brand new Lt who doesn't fall into a chain of command and then the Lt Col.
