Need ideas

Hey all,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have an R44. We live up in Alaska, but I grew up flying around the Socal area. We are doing a flight down the coast here in a bit to spend the winter in CA.

Here's the deal.

I need some advice on where to take the wife while we're flying around in Socal. She's also a rated heli/fixed wing pilot like me. Both of us have several thousand hours in both.

Any great spots that we should hit while we're down there? Off airport stuff preferred if you know of anything.

Basically, where would you go if you had a couple months to play around in the Socal area. San Diego to Paso Robles.
