Looking for contact info for a FAA Flight Examiner for a helicopter PPL check ride. It will be in a 500D.

Northwest Florida area.

Anyone have any info, please pass it along.

Thanks.

If you want an FAA examiner you need to contact the FSDO that cover the area you are in. I don't know exactly where you are in florida, but if you are northwest you should start with the Alabama & Northwest florida FSDO.

Alabama & Northwest Florida FSDO

Contact the Office

Address:

1500 Urban Center Drive

Suite 250

Vestavia Hills, AL 35242

Phone: (205) 731-1557 Fax: (205) 731-0939

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

Start by calling them, or the FSDO that covers your area.

If you're looking for a DPE, using the FAA DPE locator I came up with :

NEWMAN, FREDRIC MARK

177 LENOX DRIVE

BIRMINGHAM AL 35242

Phone: (205) 527-8118

FAA Office: SO09

Aircraft: HU-269-C, HU-369-D, HU-369-E

If you want an FAA Inspector, any Rotorcraft Inspector should be able to do it for you.

The DPE Locator is here:

Good luck.
