Tenacious T Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 my 2 cents: I would worry less about elevation and train at whatever location has more flying days per year, weather wise. There's been endless days of IFR conditions and T-storms in Houston lately and a lot of canceled flights. Like previous posters say, worry about high DA experience after you get your ratings. Not to mention, if you're training in an R22 you'll learn about power management anyway. Quote
