Warden201 Posted September 28, 2007 Report Share Posted September 28, 2007 Texas Department of Public Safety AS350 visits Lonesome Dove Fest Youth Day in Karnes City, Texas on September 20, 2007. It was there to help promote DPS and spotlight the operations of the Aircraft Section. This helicopter comes out out of the San Antonio area. It had to cut its visit short and help look for suspects that fled from a vehicle when it was stopped by a trooper in Gonzales. The vehicle was carrying 500 lbs marijuana.
