I am 6' 3" tall and wondering if the schweizer 300 would be ideal for my training,its the only craft for training.

XCell I am 6.7 and love flying the 300 and now working as a CFI in the 300. I started in a R22 but not for me.

I'm 6'1" and I must have a long upper body because my head/headset are inconstant contact with the canopy. I pretty much have to slightly tip my head forward all the time. That said... you'll be fine in there but the overhead tinted canopy starts curving in a little too soon for me.

I'm 6'5", the only thing I dont like about the 300 is the doorframe is right at my eye level, so clearing turns takes a lil more effort and I dont like having the blindspot. I guess you get used to it, I never did enough time in one...so it bugged me.
