walkerman180
As pilots (me: PPL SEL) it's our responsibility to continuously educate ourselves. I'm sure you've all heard of AOPA but I don't know to what extent. AOPA is primarily focused on fixed wing information and education but they have some great educational tools which apply to both FW and RW that actually are less boring and more attention holding. If you aren't already a member, it's pretty cheap (in fact I believe you can get a lifetime membership for $100) and the weather educational tools alone are worth it. Also they update their material periodically. I'm doing a VFR into IMC course right now that I did like 2 years ago and now they've updated it to include tablets and stuff pretty neat. Most their material is 30-60 mins long and for you fellow PPL's, it will likely give you a reduction in your renters insurance. Check them out.

They do offer a free year membership to you Military folk though....
Wally
AOPA rocks. Its well worth the membership. You'll be surprised at the useful stuff available through your membership. Even if it is oriented towards plank-wing hobbyists...
