slick1537 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 (edited) Hello all, I am looking for suggestions for anyone who has block rates on an instrument r44. I am looking to purchase 25 hours in the r44 and need to get my CFII done at the same time. I guess I should also ask if anyone knows of great rates on instrument r22s or 300s? helonorth Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 There's a guy near me that will sell you a block of IFR time in a R-44 (16-20 hours @ $299 per). He's in central Florida. I don't know anything about him, but that's pretty cheap. www.flybyranch.com Quote
Hawkeye0001 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 The ship is not instrument equipped, though. Quote
helonorth Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 (edited) You're right. The guy is a II, but the R-44 looks to be VFR. Edited November 30, 2009 by helonorth Quote
