My father used to play golf with an old doctor who had a lot of old airline pilot buddies, so, not really!

No AME anywhere would take a risk to falsify a flight physical for a friend. That is putting aviation safety, and FARs behind "friendship". Friends don't let friends fly who are not physically able.

I guess that's 2 votes for AMEs who would risk their AME designation, their medical license, their integrity and reputation, not to mention civil and criminal liability.
