Creep0321 Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 I have found 2 different "checklists" one here http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/Checklist.pdfand one, that seems to be newer, but less detailed here http://www.usarec.army.mil/im/formpub/REC_FRMS/PDFS/uf_3.0.pdf Which one should I use, one thing I notice on the 3.0 one is that there is no spot for a WO to review it, S-1 to endorse it, no spot for the stamped 2808 ect... Also some things are in a completely different order than the first checklist. Any help/guidance would be appreciated. -J Quote
