So I have finally been able to break into the Ag industry after trying for some time... I am just wondering what advice, tips, or pointers people with some ag experience have for someone just starting out.

I will be flying OH-58 and 206B3 and both of these airframes will be new to me so anything you may be able to pass along on these aircraft would be great too. I am super excited to start training and look forward to the challenge ahead of me.

Go slow and as you become more comfortable and experienced you will increase your speed across the ground and acres sprayed. Your not doing anyone any favors if your acres per hour are high but end up crashing.

Find someone experienced around you and ask tons of questions!

Also, this is from personal experience, dont be afraid to ask newbie questions, and dont pretend to know more than you do. I did and I missed out on some good learning opportunities because I didnt want to look "stupid".
