The genuine answer is complex because of unknowns. Hiller was hit with 70% responsibility, the city 25%, and the driver 5%. Hiller will probably appeal in an attempt to lay more blame on the city and even more on the co-driver. Add insurance into that and the answer is...”who knows?” 

Still, I hope they make it. I would love to see one of their new ships running an aviation diesel.

The Hiller in 2018 is not the same Hiller as of today...I wonder if past lawsuits were carried over to the new owners/investors of Hiller? If not, then good luck getting any money from the past owners...
