skier Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 How much are/did you pay per hour for flight training? It seems around here in NJ $225 for R22, $265 for Bell 47, and $265 for schweizer. Is this normal? How much is 100LL fuel in your area per gallon? Is over $4.30 about what everyone is seeing now? Quote

I think fuel at MWO is $3.65 a gallon right now. Quote
skier Posted April 20, 2006 Author Posted April 20, 2006 It sounds like what I heard fuel was at is probably wrong. It could be high $3 range. The quotes I used in my first post were with instructor. It seems like if all the prices you said were with instructor then the prices around here are a little high. If they're without then they seem normal. Thanks for your responses Quote
Galadrium Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 Fuel over here is included in the cost of rental. $225 per hour is the cost without instructor. My instructor is $30 per hour. Quote

Guest rookie101 Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 P.S.-How do you get VIP Satus You've got to contribute to the site ($$ wise of course, which is something I should do ). You can find the link underneath the General Helicopter Forum title in the forum section. (the one with all the titles to each forum) Quote
