  1. Is the length of flight training the same between active WO Aviators and Reserve WO Aviators?
  2. Hello Everyone, Due to life events, I must pursue being a Army Warrant Officer Aviator in the Army Reserve. There are some questions that I have not been able to answer. 1) Is there a specific amount of time that you must be in the Army Reserves as an enlisted soldier before applying for Warrant Officer? 2) Can you enlist in the Army Reserves, in aviation unit then apply for Warrant Officer through that unit, to be back at that unit as a Warrant Officer Aviator? Any Army Reserve WO Aviator tip and guidance would be greatly appreciated!
  3. Reaching out to all Warrant Officers, and WOFT applicants in the Southern California area. I am trying to make contact with any aviation warrant officers in San Diego or in the immediate Southern California area to pair up for mentorship and potential LOR. I have heard of some Army Aviation Units in Los Alamitos. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
  4. So I am curious, I am a civilian now,and i was prior service in the Marines. Are they going to want to see my enlisted military service record? So if I had Article 15s on my record will they want me to submit moral waivers for those?
  5. Has anyone seen the schedule for FY17 WOFT Boards?
  6. I have similar questions about moral waivers. I am prior service and i have several NJPs on file with no severe punishment. I am seeking to apply to WOFT and i was told I have to submit Moral Waivers for each. Does anyone have any tips on submitting Moral Waivers for WOFT as prior service?
  7. I saw this feed and I have a question if some one can assist, is it worse to have low frequency hearing loss? I am a veteran applying for WOFT. looking at my last audiogram(done in 2015) i have 40 for 1k hz. Is that severe. I am sure it will require a waiver at MEPS. Any advice?
