Yeah, thanks for posting. There was a teaser video for this on YouTube for the longest time--it ended before going into anything useful--so it's good to see the finished product.

 

If you ever have the chance (and the money) to take the Wire Environment class at HAI, it's worth the investment. Even if you don't plan on ever flying HEMS or utility, at least 50% of the course is ADM/CRM lessons that can be applied even as a student pilot.

A realy interesting & informative vid I think, one thing I picked up was,

What was there yesterday, is the same to day, could be our last mistake.

The Enstrom is flying parelel to the wire strung aboyt 50 Mtrs from our pad you can see the post,

but the wire is near invisable if we fly in over it blends into the grass\hill

I didnt see this post so I posted the video over in the flight training section. oh well....

 

500E- One thing missing in that photo.....me!. An Enstrom with nothing but green fields to land in! What a gorgeous countryside, beautiful ship too.
