Helicopter agricultural flight school

I have tried for almost two years to get an established flight school to partner with me in offering a helicopter agricultural flight training course but nobody seems to be interested. If there is a shortage of ag pilots, why did I have to pay for frost patrol training, and then still not get the job?

 

If you know of ag companies hurting for pilots, tell them about this website. There are plenty of us here willing to do the job!

I've heard the same thing about the turbine training course in the H500. You pay like $12,000 plus for 25hrs in type and he will give you a job flying. I've been told by many do not do his specialty coursescause it never works out.
