Flying Pig Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 You went from mechanic to infantry? how drunk did they have to get you for that one? (8 year grunt speaking) Quote
ridethisbike Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Agree with Flying Pig! What the eff were you thinking?! (8 year mechanic speaking) haha To answer your question though, the link provided above will help you a lot. Outside of that, talk to some Warrant Pilots at your base. Most of them will be more than willing to help you out and answer any questions you may have. I talked to one while I was deployed in 2007. I ended up not going that route, but he was very informative and happy to answer any questions. Plus, since you'll need a letter of recommendation from a CW3 or higher anyways, if you get in good with them, they'll be able to put you in contact with a CW5 to try and get one from them. Just like networking counts on the civi side, it helps on the mil side too. Quote
