It seems odd that they have an R22 and a CFI, but do not do initial flight training? Too bad they don't have a discounted R44! I run Odyssey Aeronautics and just wanted to pass out some information based on a lot of the questions we have received. I always put a CFI in the aircraft, this is not a straight up rental as many have asked. I absolutely offer instruction, just not initial. This is because people with at least a private have a better ability to fly multiple hours per day. We all remember how tiring 1 flight hour was initially vs after 100 hours. Our rates are designed to still be way beneficial to those from all over the country even when factoring in travel and hotel costs.
