Question for you recent WOCS graduates:

 

On the packing list they state that you need "1" Binder Rings." Do they mean literal 1" Rings or 1" Binder WITH Rings?

You're digging way too deep already. Just follow exactly what it says. A '1" Binder Ring' is a 1 inch binder ring with whatever quantity is required.
