Tenacious T
Recommend keeping a copy of this in the helicopter, it will be a good distraction for the pax on the way down.

JDHelicopterPilot
My main concern with flying aircraft with passengers in a seat that has duals installed it they may actualy hit something or do something. I have heard of situations where they(passenger) got something snaged on the collective. If there was an emergency the passenger may actualy grab one of the controls as instinct while the pilot is attempting to complete the emergency proceedure. The only time it may help was if the pilot was incapasitated. Chances of that happening are slim to none vs. something happening while he is not. Maverick had one helicopter they used for both training and tours. They would leave the duals in. They would try not to fill that seat though unless they had to. I just don't like flying with passengers and duals installed.
West Coaster
Even pax upfront without duals can be a hazzard. Once had a nervous flyer upfront, and coming over a steep ridge line she freaked out. Her hands franticaly grabbed for something to hold on to as the ground dropped away. The left hand found the door sill, her right hand found the root of the collective! She screamed, I screamed at her, mayhem ensued.
