rodrop
A friend of mine told me many stories about his flight training and experience. He showed me a ball cap that had all the documentation of his major accomplishments. Anyone else do this?Below is a link to an image of his cap. Quite an interesting fella and such a cool hat.http://goo.gl/EOXCZ
DanceswithCyclic
Sure, I have one. It only marks my first solo though. Kevin M.

Pohi
You could always get a tattoo. Hats and logbooks are easy to loose, and although possible, it is much harder to loose a tatoo.
Spike
The culture of aviation has changed through the years. Not too long ago, when a student solo’ed for the first time it wasn’t uncommon to get the back of your shirt cut out and a proclamation from your instructor was written on it…. After that, it would hang on a wall at the school so other could see it up until the student moved on… Nowadays, it would appear the culture is now more professional… Or better yet, sterile……… With that, the pride of one’s accomplishment quickly becomes a memory…
