SBuzzkill Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 It's my understanding that the branch transfer halts were a result of the 500 slots being cut in order to ease the pressure at the start of the pipeline. I don't think you have to worry, "Branch transfer" referenced here are for branches within the Army (Signal, Infantry, etc), not inter-service transfers.
