May need a contact or two down there for something coming up. Just list what you know, regardless of what they do or aircraft flown. He wants to stay in Savannah though so not sure how that'll work for him. I believe all of Med-Trans is north of Orlando though. St Augustine is nice. Just looking to see what is based in that area aside from EMS or Government (LE, Fire). More independent, local things like flight schools, sight seeing, charter, Big Johns long line service, operators who do frost.... things along that line. pilot#476398 Posted April 30, 2013 Report Share Posted April 30, 2013 When I was there for Heliexpo a couple of years ago I remember seeing a couple of sight-seeing operators on the main tourist strip there in Orlando. I think one was called Sunshine Helicopter Adventures? Bristow is in Titsville, and of course there's Boatpix in Ft. Lauderdale. I think Cloud 9 is also down there? Lauderdale), Naples Helicopter Tours, Sunshine Helicopters (Orlando), P&S Agricultural Services (Pahokee), Vertical Flight (Clearwater), Ocean Helicopters - Palm Beach Helicopters - Cloud 9 Helicopters (All in Palm Beach), Heli Aviation (Sarasota), Island Hoppers (Marathon), West Florida Helicopters (St. Pete), Air Florida Helicopters (Orlando), Marco Fun (Marco Island), Kissimmee Helicopters, Lunsford Air Consulting (Palm Coast). I started looking into FL helicopter operators a couple weeks ago and those are what I had written down. I know some cities/counties down there have helicopters for mosquito control too.
