Luofynerd
Anyone have any clue on this? Got to get one done by the corrections deadline (August 14th) I understand everything except the interval on run
Tanner37
It's exactly like the beeper test if you have ever taken it in grade school. Run from line to line before a pre set beep goes off. The beep gets progressively faster. Super easy lol
Luofynerd
Yeah I get that but I'm looking at the scorecard and I'm wondering what 43 6-2 means? Do I have to run 2 intervals in less than
Adriek64
The army has it... Do some research and you'll have the score card and explanation of every exercise... Nobody in my unit knew about it so I read it entirely and then got 2 ncos to administer it... First number is the level, second number is the repetition within that level. So... Level 6, shuttle #2. For a total of 43 shuttles completed...

mdeneso
Most retention NCOs will have the training and equipment to knock this out. The interval run is a shuttle sprint that is timed by beeps. You have to make it through a certain amount of intervals to qualify for the necessary rating.

Gideon
For any civilians who are looking into the Opat, got a call Thursday letting me know that I have to go in and retake it because it must be completed within 90 days of shipping out. (I took it a few months ago then the policy changed.)
