blackhawkcrewdog
So i cant find a clear answer with this.. The sample warrant officer packet on the website does not say that the essay has to be a separate document. To my knowledge i write the essay in the summary page of the resume form. Am i wrong? jkray
Not sure how it was for everyone else (I assume its the same) but I had to have the essay type written AND hand written. These were both separate documents from anything else.
GM1
Yes you type in your why/summary into the summary block it is no longer seperate. This is where you need to show the board WHY you want to be an Army aviator, but also encompasses WHAT makes you the best person qualified at the same time. Warrants are leaders so problems you faced, how you overcame them, significant achievements, on top of why.
