rollthbns Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Persistent. Positive. Professional. Thats my two cents worth. Flip stones and knock on doors, and focus on what you are after, not your past or present position. Do these things consistently, and a door will open up. I feel like I should add grasshopper, or daniel-san to my comments but I am far from anyone in a position of authority! Dont give up on it. Quote
TheGoodGuy Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Wow, you guys just crapped in my corn flakes!!! As an ex-real estate developer in florida looking for a new career, I have quickly discovered a helo pilot is not the way to go for a career change. I guess I need to research else where for something new. Seriously, living, and training, in Florida, do I have any advantage of finding a job (willing to relocate anywhere also)? Thanks! Quote
Trans Lift Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 No more an advantage than being anywhere else mate. I trained in Florida and it was great but so are other places. If you already doubt it, I probably would look to do something else. Quote
