I will be on the board in May. What I don't understand is this; am I on the same board as the civilian applicants and am I competing against civilian applicants as well, or am I only competing against other active duty applicants? So there's your answer: civilian board.... usually. There's exceptions, too -- where are you doing your board interview? I was looking around for clarification on the Battalion Board, i read awhile back that AD didnt have to do this portion, and i got confused by this thread.
